In 2020, the Personal Banking Group (PBG) delivered a resilient performance, despite significant headwinds, driven by the momentum of our success in 2019 as well as our exceptional levels of customer engagement and cost discipline.

In a year that put unprecedented pressure on our business and our customers, the FAB Personal Banking Group redoubled our efforts to ensure that our large and diverse customer base enjoyed the services and support to manage their financial needs and feel secure in their interactions with FAB.

Through a wide range of new products, services, digital launches and safety initiatives, we worked with all our stakeholders to serve our customers, protect our employees and support our community through this challenging period.
