eDirham Al Haslah Card Redemptions
In case of a cash redemption request for your Al Haslah eDirham Card, please visit any FAB branch with the following documents:
Blue, Red, Green and Gold Individuals:
- Your valid Emirates ID Card, or valid original passport (non-residence)
- Physical eDirham Al Haslah Card
Gold and Silver corporate cards:
- Valid Emirates ID Card
- Physical eDirham Al Haslah Card
- Company letter authorising the redemption of the balance along with the eDirham Al Haslah Cardholder
The cardholder/authorised person will have to visit the FAB branch along with the original card and authorisation letter, with the same request communicated on his/her company letterhead, which should also be signed and stamped.
Note: If your eDirham Al Haslah Card is lost, please contact FAB’s customer call centre: 600 500 201 and follow the instructions given by your FAB agent.
Redemption fees are AED 10.
eDirham Al Haslah Card Disputes
In case of a dispute, please follow the below steps:
1- Download dispute form from here
2- All mandating information in the form should be filled and signed.
3- Once filled please send the form to atyourservice@bankfab.com with your eDirham card ID number in the email subject.
