Complaint Handling and Grievance Redressal

FAB is committed to serving its customers and therefore your feedback and suggestions with respect to its services are of utmost value to us.
In case of any Grievance with the services of the GIFT City branch, Customer may submit a duly signed physical letter at GIFT City office or contact as below:


Level 1 – Complaint Redressal officer (CRO)

Level 2 – Complaint Redressal Appellate Officer (CRAO)

If a complaint is not disposed off within 30 days of acceptance or the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution provided by CRO or if the complaint has been rejected by the CRO, the complainant may file an appeal before the CRAO preferably within 21 days from the receipt of the decision from the CRO

Level 3 – Grievance Redressal / International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA)

Where a complainant is not satisfied with the decision of GIFT City branch and has exhausted the appellate mechanism, he may file a complaint before the Authority through email preferably within 21 days from the receipt of the decision from the GIFT City branch to grievance-redressal@ifsca.gov.in
