Reminder announcement on cash dividends not collected by the shareholders of listed local public joint companies before March 1, 2015

Abu Dhabi, 10 December 2020: With reference to the previous announcement dated 09 November 2020, concerning Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) instruction on cash dividends not received by the shareholders of listed local Public Joint Stock companies distributed before 1 March, 2015, First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC (the Bank) reminds the shareholders who are entitled to those dividends to visit the website (www.bankfab.com) to confirm the existence of the shareholder's name as a beneficiary of those cash dividends. In order to claim those dividend, please visit any of FAB branches to fill up and sign the related form enclosing the following documents:

Individuals:

• Original & copy of Emirates ID and Passport of the shareholder or his/her representative.
• In case of presence of a general of special Power of Attorney, kindly provide the original and authenticated power of attorney and copy of same.
• IBAN letter.

Institutions:

• Original and copy of valid trading license.
• Authorization letter to sign on behalf of the company.
• Copy of Emirates ID or Passport of the authorized signatory.
• IBAN letter.
