Abu Dhabi - 18 November 2025: First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the UAE’s global bank and one of the world’s leading and safest financial institutions, will participate in Tawdheef X Zaheb 2025, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to national talent development, cultural pride and sustainable community impact.
Taking place from 18–20 November 2025 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), Tawdheef X Zaheb is the UAE’s leading talent development and career empowerment platform, dedicated to nurturing Emirati youth and professionals by connecting them with meaningful career opportunities and industry insights.
Held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, the three-day event brings together employers, educational institutions, and national talent under one roof to inspire growth, innovation, and collaboration. As a cornerstone of the UAE’s talent ecosystem, the platform fosters direct engagement between job seekers, employers, and thought leaders, shaping the future of employment, upskilling, and career excellence in the region.
FAB’s participation will highlight the theme of “Empowering Every Dimension of Life.” Through an immersive stand experience, visitors will explore six interconnected zones that illustrate how the bank supports individuals beyond the workplace. These include growth opportunities in careers, wellness, team spirit, cultural identity, entrepreneurship, and social contribution. Designed as an interactive journey, visitors can participate in hands-on activations, including a digital journey map, while exploring opportunities to develop skills and community connections.
FAB’s stand will celebrate the UAE’s cultural and creative sectors, featuring live calligraphy by Emirati artist Ismael Al Hosani, who will personalise sustainable bookmarks and car tags for visitors. Attendees can also meet Shaqha, a Talli embroidery artisan crafting traditional bracelets on site. Rising Emirati-led brands will also be showcased, including Sheen Tea, Bridle Bean, Pearl.byh, and Tali Bracelets reflecting FAB’s ongoing support for local entrepreneurs and creative talent.
Visitors will also experience firsthand the Bank’s flagship Emiratisation programmes, including:
- Bedaya: A pre-graduate initiative designed to engage UAE Nationals during their university education. The programme specifically targets 3rd and 4th year students who maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Ethraa: A graduate hiring programme designed for talented university graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or above. Successful candidates will join the organization and undergo a 3 to 8-month structured development journey, combining on-the-job experience with specialised training to earn professional certifications and prepare for long-term career growth.
- Management Trainee Programme: Accelerate Emirati top-tier graduates into middle management critical AVP / director roles through a structured 18 to 24 months journey, combining exposure, certifications and leadership readiness.
In the area dedicated to social impact, FAB will highlight its long-term commitments to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. The bank will also host a VIP Majlis to engage with senior government officials, industry partners, and Emirati youth. It will serve as a space for thought leadership discussions on the evolving talent landscape and the skills required to succeed in a future-facing economy.
Noora Al Reyasi, Chief Human Resources Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank, said: “At First Abu Dhabi Bank, we are proud to support the ambitions of Emiratis at every stage of their career, from graduation through to leadership roles.
