Announcement on cash dividends not collected by the shareholders of listed local public joint companies before March 1, 2015

Abu Dhabi, 12 August 2020: With reference to the directive issued by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) on dividends not collected by the shareholders of listed local Public Joint Stock companies distributed before March 1, 2015, FAB PJSC (the Bank) requests the shareholders who are entitled to those uncollected dividends to contact 0097126161800 for more information to receive these dividends.

Please note, as of February 14, 2021, all dividends that remain unclaimed by the eligible shareholders will be transferred to SCA who will be responsible for the payment of the dividend to the eligible shareholders. SCA will publish a statement on its website and the financial market websites more details in due course.
