Unclaimed Dividends and Dormant Accounts Disbursement Service (Capital Market Authority)
On this webpage, investors from the securities market may apply for the disbursement of the uncollected cash dividends that have been declared by the listed public joint stock companies prior 1st of March 2015 and/or the funds of the dormant accounts held with the licensed financial brokerage firms.
The applicant should fulfill all required information and submit all required documents to proceed with the application.
The disbursement application will be processed within 10 working days from submitting all required information and documents.
Applicants many submit complaints and concerns to FAB via the link scadividendscomplaints@bankfab.com and the bank will process the complaint within (5) working days from the date of submission.
If the complaint is not resolved within the mentioned period, applicants may escalate the matter to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) via email: SCA_DC@sca.ae and please be sure to include the initial complaint submitted to FAB.
