Supporting our senior customers and people of determination as part of the UAE’s Year of the Family initiative.

FAB is proud to introduce Barakatna Home Service, launched in line with the UAE’s Year of the Family. This initiative is designed to provide greater convenience and personalised support to eligible senior customers and people of determination who are beneficiaries of National Housing Loans (NHL).

    Who is eligible?

    Barakatna Home Service has been developed exclusively for senior citizens aged 60 and above and people of determination who are beneficiaries of National Housing Loans (NHL).

    How to request the service?

    Eligible customers can request remote support to stay connected with the bank, or if necessary they can request an in-person home visit through the FAB NHL app.

    What to expect?

    Once a request is submitted, a dedicated FAB representative will review it and, if required, visit the customer’s home to assist in completing transactions.
