Duly filled application form (To be signed by the card applicant in presence of the bank staff for verification purpose)
Emirates ID (Original will be checked at and then will be stamped as original seen by bank staff)
Trade License
Certificate of Incumbency (Applicable only for companies formed under free zones)
Proof of address for corporate location (i.e. Electricity Bill, Tenancy Contract)
Company authorization/request letter (To be signed by the Authorized Signatory of the company)
Power of attorney OR Board resolution for authorized signatories
Memorandum/Articles of association (If applicable/available)
FATCA Entities (To be provided by RM in-case of existing FAB Corporate Client)
Company Bank Statement for 3 months
