Adding your FAB Credit or Debit card to a digital wallet
When adding your FAB Credit or Debit Card to a mobile wallet, such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay, you will be asked to complete authentication.
For added security, the 6-digit authentication code will be sent to your FAB Mobile app. Simply open the app, copy the code, and paste it into the wallet screen to add your card and complete the process.
To avoid disruption, make sure you have downloaded and registered for the FAB Mobile app before adding your card to a digital wallet.

FAB will never ask you to share passwords, PINs, or approval requests with anyone. Only approve transactions you recognise. If something looks unfamiliar, always choose ‘Decline’.

- Retry the transaction if the request expires
No. Online card transactions are now confirmed through ‘Approve’ or ‘Decline’ requests in the FAB Mobile app.
The payment will be cancelled immediately and your card will remain protected.
For supplementary card transactions, the authentication request will be sent to the primary cardholder’s FAB Mobile app for approval or decline. Supplementary cardholders will not receive authentication requests for online transactions.
Yes. In-app approvals apply to eligible online transactions made with FAB Credit and Debit Cards.
The transaction will expire in 3 minutes and won’t be completed. You can retry the purchase to receive a new approval request.
