Please remember
FAB will never ask you to share passwords, PINs, or approval requests with anyone. Only approve transactions you recognise. If something looks unfamiliar, always choose ‘Decline’.

No. Online card transactions are now confirmed through ‘Approve’ or ‘Decline’ requests in the FAB Mobile app.
The payment will be cancelled immediately and your card will remain protected.
Yes. In-app approvals apply to eligible online transactions made with FAB Credit and Debit Cards.
The transaction will expire in 3 minutes and won’t be completed. You can retry the purchase to receive a new approval request.
