Protect your Android device and restore safe access

Keep your banking details safe from harmful apps, malicious software, and regain access quickly if your app is blocked or not working properly.

What’s the issue?

Some Android apps, especially those installed outside the Google Play Store or given special permissions, can control your device without your knowledge.

These apps may:

  • icon.node-minus.alt
    Read passwords and OTPs

  • OR
  • icon.node-minus.alt
    Record your screen

  • OR
  • icon.node-minus.alt
    Approve transactions without consent

  • OR

To protect you, FAB may block mobile banking access on the affected device before any fraud occurs.

Important: The restriction applies only to the affected device. You can still use FAB Mobile on another safe device or access Online Banking via a secure web browser.

What you can do now:

Remove unsafe or unknown apps
Disable risky permissions like Accessibility
Keep Android security features (Auto Blocker / Malware Protection) enabled
Use FAB Mobile only on devices that meet security standards
If access is blocked, fixing the risky settings will allow access to be restored
