Your access is temporarily blocked because a security risk was detected on this device. An unsafe app or setting may put your banking information at risk. This is a preventive step. No fraud has occurred, and the FAB app is working normally.
The restriction applies only to this device. You can continue using FAB Mobile on another safe device, or use Online Banking on a secure web browser.
No. FAB has not accessed your personal files, photos, or messages. Only essential security signals are checked to help protect your account.
An unsafe app (also called a sideloaded app) is one that’s installed from outside the Google Play Store, such as through a website or a link sent in a message. These apps haven’t been checked by Google for safety.
Because they aren’t verified, some unsafe apps can be fake or harmful. They may try to read your OTPs, record your screen, or show fake login pages, putting your personal and banking information at risk.
This may include apps that claim to help automate actions, provide remote support, or act as phone ‘boosters’ or ‘cleaners,’ as these often misuse Accessibility access.
Accessibility is an Android feature designed to help users with disabilities. It allows apps to see screens and perform actions on their behalf. If the wrong app has this access, it could see what’s on your screen or perform actions without you knowing. Most everyday apps do NOT need this access.
Auto Blocker is a security feature built into Android. It helps protect your phone by blocking risky apps, permissions, or actions.
No. Auto Blocker is controlled by Android. FAB only checks whether your device is safe before allowing app access.
Even if Android blocks an action, the risky app or permission may still exist. FAB access is restored once the risk is fully removed.

- Go to Security & Privacy
- Open App Security / Malware Protection
- Ensure protections and warnings are enabled
- Don’t try to reinstall the app
- Delete any downloaded APK files
- Remove unknown or unsafe apps
- Restart your phone
