Terms and Conditions
This Certificate forms part of the Terms & Conditions of the Household Insurance Policy. For full terms, conditions, and exclusions, please contact the insurer.
- All material facts must be disclosed and failure to do so will invalidate this policy
- Deductible of AED 250 apply for each and every loss
- If you claim for an itemized article valued at more than AED 5,000, you will need to provide proof of the articles value
- Jewellery outside UAE is covered for a maximum of 90 days
- Loss or damage of theft should be reported /filed to the police within 24 hours
- In case of emergency please call our toll-free number 800 SUKOON (785666) or email us a copy of this certificate along with your motor policy on generalinsuranceclaims@sukoon.com
