0% EPP on FAB Mobile app

You can now use the FAB Mobile app to convert your credit card transaction to a 0% Easy Payment Plan.

Shop at one of our 0% EPP participating partners such as Apple, Sharaf DG, noon.com, Carrefour and many more and pay in up to 12 monthly instalments.

Apply for a 0% EPP on the FAB Mobile app in four easy steps:

Step 1: Log in to the FAB Mobile app and go to the Credit Cards menu.

Step 2: Go to the transaction history and select the transaction you wish to convert to a 0% EPP. It should have a blue EPP icon.

Step 3: Choose the tenure from the available options and complete the process. Transactions that are eligible for 0% EPP will show 0% interest during the process.

Step 4: Confirm and your transaction will be converted to a 0% EPP.

Make a purchase at a participating retail outlet using your FAB credit card.

You can apply for 0% EPP through FAB Mobile app or FAB Online Banking.

Alternatively, SMS "EPP" to 2121. We will call you to take the details of the transaction and convert it into 0% Easy Payment Plan (EPP).

Processing Fees:

• 3 months: 1%
• 6 months: 2%
• 9 months: 3%
• 12 months: 4%

Processing Fees will be charged at the time of booking and billed to the primary credit card.

In case of 0% EPP cancellation, there will be no refund of Processing Fees.

Processing Fees will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the 0% EPP.
