As part of our continued commitment to supporting you, the following banking support will be in effect until 31 March 2026:
- Refund of FAB fees on international transfers through the FAB Mobile app and internet banking.
- Refund of FAB fees on international transfers made through our branches and your Relationship Manager.
- Refund of ATM withdrawal fees at all ATMs across the UAE for withdrawals on debit cards.
- Waiver of loan instalment deferral fees on personal loans / finance and auto loans / finance.
Qualifying refunds will be made automatically and will appear on your loan or account statement by 15 April.
Our branches, ATMs, Contact Centre and your Relationship Managers remain available to support your everyday banking needs.
